JACK & JOSEY'S WEDDING
Josey had a very unusual request for her wedding feast. She wanted everything on the shared table at once. Appetisers, entree, main, dessert and even the wedding cake. We came up with a horizontal way for guests to start their food journey. Cured meats, pickles & dehydrated melon were hung from citrus branches, affectionately referred to as ‘meat tree's’. Oysters & scallops were piled onto ice filled towers & roast chicken, salt & pepper pork ribs, salads & vegetables filled the table amongst mini desserts and one epic wedding cake made by @bakedbyemmawoods
It was such a pleasure to be a part of such a gorgeous wedding for an even more gorgeous couple!
